My opinion is based on the backgrounds of the main people who are responsible for handling the varied situations presented by each project the company works on. Different environmental constraints and geological conditions need strong backgrounds in GRNO's line of work to carry out the business plan. Getting these managers on board was a coup, in my opinion, indicating respect for the men who put this team together.
