They sent the South African Engineer as part of Ambiant's DD to determine the viability of the project on their dime .

Goldlake also sent a group to Argentina as part of Goldlakes DD , also on Goldlakes dime.

All part of the DD process to determine " Yea or Nay " on going forward with the deal.

Just lets not try this case on the board... let the Lawyers handle it. enough O.K.
