Ok you dragged me back in. It is not up to the Co. to say if the old commons get a new life in the new Co. the BK judge has final word.

A different read on why so many commons were gobbled up on July 22, 2010 (+2500%) is that the CEO know the commons will get trashed when the POR is presented to the judge. Knowing this he buys a gajillion shares and stragically dumps before the POR is made public thus making him filthy rich.

He can fight all he wants to seem like the good guy who is fighting for the small pink sheet investor and people on this board lap it up and sing his praises. Then when the POR is announces the commons are worthless he is laughing because he sold his shares before we even had a chance to find out what happened.
