I look at the low % Short as another good thing. First, check the Chi-Osc on the chart, Chi-Osc is MM activity. Chi-Osc is down significantly which means they're selling inventory they bought on the way up. They're doing this for a reason, to instill fear ... now add that to the low Finra Data and it makes perfect sense -- THEY'RE RUNNING OUT OF SHARES TO SHORT, so they dump their on-hand inventory in hopes of finding sellers.

Hang tight Boys and Girls, the Bashers/Hedge Funds are going to get their panties in a bunch over the next few weeks as the Oven kicks into Self-Clean Mode and the Temperatures reach 900 Degrees Fahrenheit, you better believe they're starting to sweat.
