Regarding "HappyThankYou" -
1. Have you settled the dispute with the producers?
2. What is the P&A Budget?
3. Will you follow the same release strategy as "Twelve" or perhaps adopt the "The Kids Are All Right" or "(500)Days of Summer" model?
4. Will DVD/VOD of "HappyThankYou" also be released through FOX?

Regarding "Twelve" -
1. What was the theatrical per screen average in NY & LA?
2. If there's an estimated 4M added value by FOX distributing home entertainment release, how many DVD/BR units do you think will ship?

Regarding FOX -
1. What titles will be distributing through "FOX PACT"?
2. Will FOX be backing future theatrical releases?(HappyThankYou)
2. What are the DVD/VOD deal terms? (i.e. What % does HH get?)
