I have no clue, if there is going to be a R/S. Yes they acquired more property. It's happened between the Jan Quartley and Feb filings.

At some point a R/S is going to happen. Or there going to have to raise the Authorized. If anyone says differently there fooling themselves. The question is will buying at these levels still be cheaper than the R/S price.

I would have to say Yes.
