As I stated, for small short term movements, yes they have. Like I said, you can use charts to see short term stock movements, but on the pennies they don't tell you anything about the over all mid and long term trends. I can look at the charts and make a good guess if the stock is going to go up or down for the next few weeks, baring any news, but it wont tell me what the bigger picture is.
