The wording doesn't sound right ( professional analysts lingo)also ...why would they be making large cash payments to creditors as shown on that 10k ...if they were going to use the commons? If it was me I'd keep the cash for operating at this stage and allow the commons to take out the creditors....if that link is legit...which it isn't in all likelihood.
