Ok here is more I have dug up in the older filing's.

Either some of it was revised or I flat out missed something huge.

Ok

1st) Feb 19th Filing.

CNEX must make by 5-31-2010 Cash payment of 10k and Spend 50k as part of there agreement to buy the Queen.

Then by 5-31-2011 They have to make another and FINAL payment of 150k Cash, and spend 150k on Exploration expenditure.

Now for the Big Part

CNEX Has 20 Claims comprising of 520 Hectares. Here is the BIG part which I never saw or I missed. The Claims are all optioned by IPMG INC of Toronto Ontario I could never find out who OWNED the Claims.

Now in the FEB 19th LINK,

CNEX ownes 550 Hectares and 32 Claims This is where they ADDED KABOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Bottom Line HUGE POTENTIAL with Lots more Dilution coming for the good of the company. This Very well Might be a steal price regardless of a R/S. You Gotta remember a R/S does not mean a revisit of these prices with gold in the Ground.

I am may be adding in the near future if this falls further. I am stoked about what I just read.
