Also in the Q...$183k of current assets (cash and a/r) and NO current liabilities....still had 22k of convertible notes out there that alone could raise the o/s shares by 220M (maybe some of that already converted since 6/30??)

once again, solid, SOLID B/S for a startup the owes NOTHING to anyone.
