The regular theme in yours posts is that there WILL be other generics of Lovenox approved in the near future. That is NOT a KNOWN. It is possible.

My issue with your statements has nothing to do with recognizing the range of possibilities but your assertions are made as if they were certain.

TEVA and Amphistar MAY get a generic L approved.

BUT they may NOT.

Any serious valuation of MNTA must at least assess the probability of the sole approval persisting.

PS - I really dislike attacks on people. It is a waste of time. But ideas should stand the test of inquiry.
