Maybe you could give an example of an independent research report on an OTC stock.

I would check out the last PR, you might find the answer to a few of your questions. The 10-q will be out in less than 2 weeks if you care. Frank is hiding? Is he not returning your calls?

Rarely are there 5 cent spreads...you may not have accurate info.
