[to 10nisman]: I do not think that you should be deducting COGS from the royalty case.

That’s correct. In the royalty case, the only adjustment that needs to be made is for the royalty MNTA owes to MIT, which is already taken into account in the 10% net-royalty figure I use for modeling purposes.
