I didn't get "that idea" anywhere. I saw that fact in the correspondence between FDA and Amphastar. The reporters covering the story also confirmed that fact, courtesy of FDA. As for FDA, I and a number of others suspect that there has been wrongdoing at FDA in this matter. As hard as it is to believe for some of the folks on this board, there are people out there who know a lot more about what happened here than has been displayed here. It all come out, later if not sooner. Some of us remember the generic scandal of 20 years ago. Some of the same people who were at FDA then remain there.
