brightness, I'm going to respond to one point and then go back to lurk? If you want a lower oil price simply raise the tax on oil, spend the money on alternative sources and oil shale. I would recommend cutting taxes somewhat on folks under $80,000 a year and maybe hardship coupons for some who make little money but are forced to drive long distances to work. A small tax increase on those over $1,000,000 a year certainly would not hurt either.
