No it's not normal, but this is trading close to the 52 week low. Majority of people most likely bought this at a way higher level.

1. People are tapped out of funds
2. People don't want to sell at these levels
3. This has been trading at these levels for more than a month so people are moving on and selling
4. There is no good fundamental analysis to give people to buy right now
5. Volume is slowly dying because is holding on right now because of the low price
