That's over 40 months ago BEFORE the market collapsed! Why not compare it to something during the dot com bubble while you are at it.

I have never heard of LEVP until it was bought out - but generalizations are just that - generalities - you will always find an exception and it's an OBSERVATION - and maybe LEVP was bought out for a price above its high on approval - out of curiosity how did it trade the few weeks/months after. Was its short term high set the day of approval or in the next few days?

Nothing is black/white - this all started as a comment to "conspiracy" theories. And I was saying that its been SOP for stocks to trade down after approvals and I am sure someone could put together a list of every small cap bio with a PDUFA date and put together some data. There's no conspiracy - its just buyer exhaustion post event - it takes a while for the good ones to regain traction.
