This post is so full of misinformation I hardly know where to begin. Amphastar achieved sameness three years ago, and was well on its way to an approval when Momenta arrived. They have been lied to, diddled and hassled by FDA since 2007, and I've personally seen more than enough on paper to corroborate that. FDA still hasn't given them an explanation or a reason for why they've been held up for three years (except the unspoken--to allow Momenta to catch up). They are not a so-so company--at least they have facilities, employees and an address. Momenta is a Potemkin Village. It is idiocy such as this that has allowed FDA to gut Hatch-Waxman and screw the American public?
Still don't think this is a set-up? Then ask yourself why FDA pushed Momenta's approval out the door within hours of the House Commerce Committee Minority Staff's second letter (FDA was too busy approving Momenta to reply) asking questions about Momenta's supply chain.
Apparently, all of Craig Wheeler's jive and BS have clouded your judgment and research skills. This stuff is all out there, available for the reading. The Woodcock cabal at FDA counts on the laziness of the investor community, Congress and the media to get away with the criminal behavior that passes for drug policy.
