They may just sell the first production runs directly to refineries to generate initial revenue.......on the other hand, that blending site is ready to go from what I hear......and I believe it has all the necessary permits/ASTM ratings, whatever, since it WAS in production before right?......z
Far as I know not in international waters you don't....and if the process is Green, and non polluting, as will be evidenced by the NY permit...a tough cookie judging from how long it's taking.....why NOT process wherever they want.........z
Wrong again. Every vessel must comply with the laws of the flag they sail under in international waters. That is why if you kill someone in international waters, you still get arrested by the country your ship sails under. Just because you are in international waters does not mean you can do whatever you want.
