Wrong. The only permits that would be in place are the original permits for the building. Any changes to the wiring, etc will require new permits according to the Niagara Building dept. On top of that any permits releated to previous business activity at the site are not valid for JBI since they are a different company. Operating permits do not stay with the site they must get new operating permits. They also must register the fuel with the EPA. Instead of hiring a VP of Mergers and Aquisitions, they should have hired an environmental consultant and should have already taken care of permiting issues. Matter of fact according to the NYDEC they should have applied for permits BEFORE buidling the machine and should have also had (which they may or may not have) permits for all the work related to building/installing the machine in the building. Ready Shoot Aim.

They may just sell the first production runs directly to refineries to generate initial revenue.......on the other hand, that blending site is ready to go from what I hear......and I believe it has all the necessary permits/ASTM ratings, whatever, since it WAS in production before right?......z

Far as I know not in international waters you don't....and if the process is Green, and non polluting, as will be evidenced by the NY permit...a tough cookie judging from how long it's taking.....why NOT process wherever they want.........z

Wrong again. Every vessel must comply with the laws of the flag they sail under in international waters. That is why if you kill someone in international waters, you still get arrested by the country your ship sails under. Just because you are in international waters does not mean you can do whatever you want.
