LOCM: insiders have been selling.....they're putting pressure on their own stock......they may just have bills to pay, but that's usually a bad sign......they sold alot at the 52 week high.....should bounce, but you hate to see insiders selling.....that said, the financials looked good.....checkout their recent filing.....I think this will close near 5$$$
