Ouch. I may get shot for this by some, but I do believe if you hold long enough you will be just fine. I needed the funds for other trades and stopped my bleeding on the way down for the most part. With my new position I feel very positive. Granted, some here will attack and say that management should be taken out back and shot...yada yada...
