VIVK is fairly valued at .02-.03 until they show some revenues.

As far as funding, what will a R/S accomplish considering their float?

How would it be advantageous to go from 70 million to 7 million shares?

At this point, it would just allow shorts to crush the pps all over again. I would hope these guys are not THAT stupid.

VIVK should have some revenue on this next report, and that should help the pps rise.
