I've heard that too. But I also heard that Berger is a big Simpsons fan, so he's copying the "Homer at the bat" episode and hiring Manny Ramirez and other major leaguers during the beer league season.

Seriously though, the mid-2011 timeline sounds intentionally vague to me. I suspect the animal tox studies are still kinda up in the air.
