it's most definitely down the road in my opinion. think about it this way; California has prop19 set up for the November election. if that passes, good things will follow. here is what i think is going to happen (not necessarily all in this order).
1. if Cali passes prop19, many states (especially the ones who already allow medical) will follow in California's (most likely Birkenstock) footsteps.
2. inevitably, all of the other states will soon follow. i say this because they'll realize, "oh wait, you mean we can hire our teachers back and pay our police officers again?!?" that's a no brainer, obviously.
and then, here's the kicker ladies and gentlemen.
do you really think CMSI will only tend to MMJ dispensaries?
i believe the answer is NO. all MMJ dispensaries will turn in to just MJ shops.
and if CMSI is really at the forefront of this industry niche, then i wouldn't be surprised to see a govt contract dealing CMSI with the now legal virgin industry.
