I read them carefully a few times. Only part which seems to apply here is:

"Issuing "Notice to Industry" alerts to medical device makers to better communicate changes in preapproval expectations."

We have proven sound, safe, similar and quality devices already marketed. In fact, I wonder why currently available products don't influence this stock at least as much as upcoming approval.
