I think thats a really good thing to do. I've never been much for gyms because my W has been my workouts and keeps me in very good shape...
but soon the W will be gone and I'll be joining a gym and pool and hopefully a few over 50 basketball/softball leaugues.

I will not allow myself to get old n farty
Gotta keep moving and making sure Father Time don't catch me sooner than it should!

Getting harder to keep ahead of that man!
But so far so good...
