How in heck did you parse the question in such a way as to tease meaning out of that jumble of words?
I even understand Alan Greenspan.
It can be stated simply.
MNTA/Sandoz took what they learned about an inconsistent feed stock and process control variations and automated the processes to produce a consistent product.
Maybe MNTA should turn all this science to making Classic Coke.
