deniro1, I can't really see it going much higher, if any at all, right now I'll say $81. Today it has hit trendline resistance, of what could be a triple-top within the irrational upward trend. Also the volume has been decreasing during this entire bubble that started in December, the MACD made a lower low despite the stock making a new high. Stochastics, RSI, and other technical indicators are very overbought. These homebuilders are coming to the end of their line....
