I believe you're 100% correct Vince. How many times have individuals been under the impression that a deal was already done. Personally, I think that last update is the one that sealed the deal for a few. Others are still apprehensive and would rather pay 'up' after the PR of the completion of the JV. Either way, all should do well if they hold shares.
