No, actually I was saying that smart money adds when the stock prices are cheap. Very few charge in on news. The next push, as Bill is stating, will be when the JV is announced. It's taken weeks to get up here, yet most of the accumulators have been around nailing down the shares being thrown out the window by the impatient, nervous, and/or short term traders.

Good luck in chasing the shares then, after the PR. The time to buy 'em is when no one wants 'em.
