Moxa, I don't know how to read that statement if it is true.
If PTSC wasn't in contact with Higgins prior to offering Moore a contract, then what you say is a possibility.
I am not sure if Moore actually sold his rights. If he did, I think PTSC would have acquired it along with their purchase of Nanotronics. Someone other than Higgins would have that information and we wouldn't be so far along.
That agreement, if it exists, should've been presented at the beginning of this trial to show that PTSC is the only successor and sole-owner. PTSC wouldn't have to go through inventorship ptsc would own all rights to the patents in question.
