funny thing that .. those who squawked the most
against .. were oddly silent when it couldn't come

those of us who said ETC was a *bonus* from the git go
were just happy the co. had the *smarts* to diversify
their existing product line and create something others
recognized for the value presented

what M dollar etc at year end? link would be appreciated

mgmt was very clear where aspects stood both in the CC
(held in july) and pr's *issued* upon etc's successful
launch on 9/15/09

acq of so. candle .. hmmm that was 2008 pre *meltdown*

synergistic acq of BC NKA CIMA
former ceo resigned
resumption of milestone project (delayed for 2 years)
lowes *INCREASES* their 2,000 unit order to 20,000 units
SHORT TERM GUIDANCE given covering a mere 90 days (jun-aug 10)

what is expected on or b4 9/15/10

new ceo to be pr'd
fins and forms to be released
guidance given for balance of 2010

what i'm looking for specifically based on MY
DD and MY INVESTMENT IN EXPH

new ceo's background and any connection to the street
knowledge of OTC mkt pre/post sox
q4 09 .. audited
