I agree. IMO -- I think Moore has zero supporting documents, simply because he was not the inventor of the 336. I think Higgins has solid documentation supporting the existing documents of Fish in addition to collaborating the many public statements Moore himself made, stating Fish as the inventor of the key components of the 336. That is why the defense is playing the only card they have.
