Wow Ray, impressive.... This story is getting a little old...
Quasar is not going to buy shell companies, only to think they will is riduculous. Do you really think that Quasar would issue several pr's only to announce they acquired shell companies? The pr's would almost costs more than the incorporation and/ or acquisition of the shells did.

Have you even read the last pr's?

Each of these will be announced individually in the coming weeks with descriptions of the Company and details of each acquisition.

Shell companies wouldn't need to be discribed and they wouldn't have much details to tell us don't you think? Imo its pretty safe to assume (although I agree with Manti when he says it's better to assume nothing here in QASP-land) that the shell companies you are referring to will become the new parents of the to be acquired subsidiaries. We will learn about it in the comming week(s).
