All I remember is Will made a loan to the company to pay his own salary. I do remember the terms of the loan were a little outrageous for a 60 day loan.
Again, I am questioning the bonus of 15% of the company, not his salary. I am questioning why no vesting period. I am questioning why no goals or objectives. I am questioning why the don't vest when achieving certain milestones that are aligned with building shareholder value. Why do you find fault with that?
