I do know that we are getting a dividend, because I believe the Company! Monday is "D Day!" GET READY!!
What I don't know is exactly what it is. Some INSIST that it has to be CASH or a portion of it, and I sure hope they are right.
Whatever it is, I believe it will have value, as the Company stated it would NOT be restricted stock in a Company.

The Company can confirm that this purchase price of this Offer is not being settled through the issue of restricted shares of Common Stock from another quoted Company, to your Company. Such an arrangement would not be acceptable to your Company's Management nor to the holders of Loan Notes issued by the Company.

When all the important dates are announced, the day you need to buy and the date you can sell and still get the dividend will be clarified here. You simply need to own the shares as of the "Record Date
