I am not a lawyer, but if it is done in a way that none of the info is at risk of being traded on by any of the parties, it would seem doable to me, in my opinion. I am trying to help figure out a way to get clarity to the PR's so that more confusion is not created in the future.

ANYTHING that can happen in this way that does not violate SEC rules would be an improvement ... jmho.
