Sure, it is quite easy to say that.............suppose Pensley was shown that opinion letter and was asked 'is that your signature?'. He would have to say 'Yes'(cuz, that is his sig but somebody scanned/digitized and place it there) but then he would have to follow up with 'I did not sign it!'. Of course then he would have to go on to prove it.
On your other point, perps are saying one thing today and another next day.....looks like it is the norm!! People want to create confusion purposely!!
then it should be very easy to figure that out -- just look at the signature. I would have thought by now that Pensley had already seen those signatures and would know if it was his or not. Strange.
