I agree but if they can manage to convince the courts to allow the DIP financing, then they can start a new scam. All the crooks want is a chance to get this trading again so they can pump some new scheme until they can sell their stock holdings.
Many BIG BOYS got caught with there pants down and holding the proverbial BAG.
Some want an escape route and getting this scam back on it's feet to retrieve that money is the goal IMO
Way to many items boiling in the POT IMO for a court to grant it. Lets see what the next move is in the play book
IMO you will see SPNG in Chaper 7 before you EVER see a DIP
