The credentialed one seems nott to unnerstan that the FBI does nott indict - grand juries indict.

And US Attorneys decide when to present an indictment, and after an indictment is made, when to serve the indictment.

Butthay, he's only credentialed in bankruptcy and troubled companies. Nott "FBI indictments" and stuff like that.
