Hymanroth, I believe Pike's attorney also stated that SPNG was still a viable business, and commented on the Viacom and Marvel contracts as a reason. Don't you find it odd that someone that owns 180 million shares of a company did not even know that Viacom ended their contract in May, and Marvel is now in the process of doing so? It seems like everyone that did business with SPNG has been duped.

I saw it and i can assure you that the trustee has absolutely not performed full DD. Pikes attorney made that abundantly clear. if you dont know the business model how can you even attempt to attest to its sustainability? there has to be someone more qualified.
