Nice theory, but its pretty obvious by the falling SP that most of the SH don't believe it. Most have lost all confidence in dean having the expertise to get it done. Most don't believe the machine actually works. No matter how many excuses they offer, there is absolutely no reason to not demo the actual working model (if it exists) this in itself would get the sp back up over a buck. If he doesn't get it approved, I will do whatever I can to get him investigated by the SEC. It does happen, check out GFCI , very similar story, a bunch of us reported all their activities over and over to the sec and about 6 months back, they handed the ceo a 7 count indictment.
