Thanks Michael. It's always interesting to see what someone else is looking for in a chart.

I've been intensely studying Technical Analysis for about five years now. In the past few years, I've developed a system that works pretty well for me.

I learned a lot from the Ahh Canada thread I started over on SI. We had a great group of people who were willing to share ideas. That's what I hope we'll be able to develop here, too.

You're looking at much shorter time-frames than I normally do.

Occasionally, I'll look at a five minute, two-day chart, but for the most part, I trade based on six month, Daily charts that are supported by three year, Weekly charts.

The idea of varying the MACD settings may be worthwhile.

Please post some more of your ideas, as you roll along.

In that chart you posted, are there actual signals for each indicator, that you watch for.

For example, I notice you've got RSI.
Do you watch for a specific number?
For a turn?
For a cross of the 30?

Don't interrupt your trading to answer, but when you have time, I'll be interested.
