I just desegree with one thing. The time frame.
the only one making money here are the so call "firms".

They will play there game, legaly, softly and slowly. The tap is wide open and nobody is interested to stop it. THJMW will eventualy, but when.

Examiner evaluation = one month. doing the work = minimum 6 month.
report anlysing by all party = 2 or 3 month. proposals and arguments an other year.
