Pupster - you are riding far off the rails today. There has been no grand jury indictment that has been revealed yet. Typically in these cases the criminal prosecutions are slow-tracked to allow for the civil action(s) and in this case BK trustee to produce more evidence to net up more miscreants and then work them over to gin up more and more. You often wait as long as you can so the indictment is as correct, complete, and nets as many peeps as you can. This is investigative time and it's on the DOJ's side as long as defendants will toll via agreement. If they don't toll, then you file the grand jury indictment that's in your back pocket. One impt thing is you have to watch the tides of grand jury impanelment dates, because you can't carry over from one grand jury to the next - you have to start fresh with the next grand jury and go over all the evidence again and get a fresh indictment.
