Oz, the information contained in these comments is once again, confusing. First of all, in the event of a R/S, all shares are subject to the effects of the R/S. If you hold 10000 EFLN shares prior to the split (say 1 for 10) and the SP is 1 dollar. after the split you would have 1000 shares of EFLN @ 10 dollars a share. The A/S decreases but the SP increases proportionatly to reflect an equal value. Thus, if there are any shares short, say 1000@ 1 dollar there are now 100 shares but @ 10 dollars a share, it will cost MM's now 10 bucks a share to cover not a lower price as suiggested in the comments. Hope this is clear.

also, could you please provide for me a link to confirm this comment, "they can demand the company do a R/S." TIA Dog
