How could Dean satisfy the F.D.A. on the "Structural Integrity" issues without a working prototype? If you go back and listen to the conference call outlining the 15 new questions asked by the F.D.A.....Dean has never confirmed if the structural integrity issues were ever resolved. A machine like the DViS with a rotating gantry must be built to last. A gantry failure could possibly injure a patient. How would the F.D.A. ever know this without test cell duration testing? Once again, how is this possible without a working prototype? We are not being told everything here. It is time that investors are told the truth.
