I saw it and i can assure you that the trustee has absolutely not performed full DD.

talk about spinning the story ..lol

the trustee just came aboard 'less than a month - and has been stoned walled by mosky .. I don't care what trustee they have
but no one new could be up to date with this company either

and now Pike is a total expert on DD with spongy? ... please!! he is just another bag holders who fell for all of spngs lies and ignored all of the red flags too

i think you should take a step back and try to find out why the judge shut down the trustees attempt to read restricted and private documents into the record. the trustee is not an angle sitting on one shoulder while the one on the other tells you to take advantage of the poor girl. My impression is that there are plenty of documents on both sides but because there has been no request for full disclosure by the trustee he is limiting his decision making to a small group of documents. it is his job to dig deeper than he has before he makes what appear to be outlandish statements.

since he seems to be tainted anyway, wouldnt it make more sense for the us trustees office to just assign someone new and get this unnecessary impediment out of the way. you cant spin something you did not witness. Pikes attorney made that abundantly clear. if you dont know the business model how can you even attempt to attest to its sustainability? there has to be someone more qualified.
