You are diligent and politically effective in you communication and follow up. That is why I believe you have the trusted communication of the company. You are successful at voicing our concerns without prejudgment giving them an understanding of the shareholders line. That was seriously evident during the rs debacle that helped all of us express our dislike of it. They changed direction.
