Calling them "experts" is interesting tho....

They are "experts of convenience" because they sell themselves,their firms and professional services as "expert". Yet try to remove any and all responsibility by way of disclaimer. So far their standard disclaimer has kept them relatively protected.

The question is, where (and what) is the standard of fiduciary responsibility to clients by those who represent themselves to the public and to clients as "experts"? You tell clients to buy stock in companies that colleagues have called POS ?? etc...

Everyone has become quite cynical now, about everything, business, government, institutions in general. I do believe tho that the best lessons are usually the hardest learned. We shall see where all this goes.....
